The Suzuki Misano is a roadster concept imagined by students, in collaboration with Suzuki, mixing the worlds of cars and motorcycles.
Designed by a group of 24 students, from countries around the world, fromEuropean Institute of Design (IED) from Turin in Italy, on Suzuki Misano is a concept inspired by the values of the Suzuki brand, and whose name pays homage to the Misano Marco-Simoncelli circuit, where the motorcycle grand prix takes place.
This concept car mixes the worlds of the Japanese manufacturer: cars and motorcycles, with a silhouette of futuristic two-seater tray with curved shapes, but whose two occupants are installed flush with the ground and in tandem one behind the other, like on a motorcycle, on the left side of the vehicle.
A single door gives access to these two places, and embeds a window in its lower part, making it possible to become one with the road. A process that can be found for example on the McLaren Senna, whose lines probably inspired this project. A handlebar acts as a steering wheel
, while there is a small bubble in front of it. On the right side, we find a safe as well as the batteries that power its 100% electric motorization. The Suzuki Misano concept will be presented to the public at Mauto, the Italian National Automobile Museum located in Turin, on June 15 and 16, 2021. It should not give birth to a production model.
