Alpine unveils a new part of its collaboration with Felipe Pantone, an original Alpine A110 art-car presented on the sidelines of the Monaco F1 Grand Prix.
After working with the contemporary artist on a 1/2 scale Formula 1 model exhibited on the first floor of the Renault Workshop dedicated to Alpine, the French manufacturer unveils a second collaboration on the sidelines of the Monaco F1 Grand Prix : Alpine A110 x Felipe Pantone.
Three copies of the Alpine A110 were personalized by the Argentinian artist, with a fully painted made by hand on the bodywork: each of the three models will carry graphic variations which will aim to make them unique.
“My idea with the work on the A110 is to evoke a feeling of ‘ultra-dynamism’. Speed visualization is something I have been studying for years now and I have a feeling it really takes shape with this car, emphasizing its great design through a look infused with speed and technological “
, says Felipe Pantone. To do this, it is the version S de l’Alpine A110 which has been chosen, the most powerful model of the range with its four-cylinder turbocharged petrol of 292 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque. Homologated for the road, these examples of the sporty coupe will rather be considered as works of art aimed at collectors.
Indeed, with a unit price of 125,000 euros, they are displayed with an additional cost of 55,900 euros compared to a standard Alpine A110 S, marketed from 69,100 euros, excluding options. Access conditions to acquire one of the three works will also be communicated subsequently by the brand.
