The German motorhome manufacturer LMC is diversifying this year by investing in the campervan segment, with three models called Innovan.
LMC is a German brand launched in the 1950s and belonging to the Erwin Hymer group, recognized for its wide range of “100% Made in Germany” caravans and motorhomes. In search of diversification, it is now investing in the converted vans and surf the wave of “Van Life”, with the arrival of the range LMC Innovan, which comes in three versions: Innovan 540, 600 and 640, measuring 5.41, 5.99 and 6.36 meters long, respectively.
The three Innovan LMCs are based on a carrier Fiat Ducato, powered by a 2.3-liter 120 horsepower MultiJet diesel. Enough to offer enough space to accommodate four people on board, with a two-seater bench and two swivel front seats, organized around a modular table. The interior spirit seems sober and qualitative, with harmonious materials and colors, as well as LED lighting.
Not far from there, the kitchen area has a sink, a two-burner hob, a 84 liter compression refrigerator, as well as rails for hanging kitchen utensils. 100-liter clean water and 90-liter waste water tanks allow the whole unit to be self-sufficient and supply the sanitary space, all complemented by plenty of storage space.
At the rear of the cabin, we find a large transverse bed that can accommodate two people on a slatted base (two twin beds on the Innovan 640 version), and to access the three additional beds, you will have to opt for the optional pop-up roof.
The prices of the Innovan range have not yet been revealed by LMC, which is already announcing “tight prices” for its converted vans. Like all the brand’s products, the three new LMC Innovan benefit from a 12-year watertightness guarantee.
