Citroën is launching a new high-end limited series of the C3. Called “Saint James”, it benefits from a few specific design elements.
Here is the C3 again! Citroën recalls its city car to our fond memories with a new limited series designed with the French company Saint James, specializing in the manufacture of marine clothing. This is a second collaboration between the two brands since they had already joined forces in 2019 around an exclusive C3 which had only sold 350 copies in Japan.
Building on the success of this first experience, Citroën and Saint James have therefore decided to join forces again to offer a new edition of the C3. A logically named edition C3 « Saint James ». This time, it is intended for several international markets (France, United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands and Japan).
It differs from other C3 thanks to a few colored graphic elements on the outside and through specific colors and materials on the inside.
Externally, it sports in particular a two-tone roof (black or white), flanked by a blue, white, red sticker signed “Saint James” and associated with the Color White Pack (white). The range is completed by “Saint James” badges affixed under each mirror, by a quarter panel sticker in the colors of the Norman brand and by 16-inch “Hellix” diamond-coated alloy wheels.
On board, we find the famous Advanced Comfort seats. They are dressed in gray and enhanced with a decorative headband seasoned and labeled “Saint James” at the top. We also notice white stitching on the dashboard, decorative blue and red door straps as well as a plaque with the “Saint James” logo under the gear lever.
In terms of equipment, the C3 takes up those of the high-end “Shine” level. On the menu: LED headlamps, a 7-inch touch screen, automatic air conditioning, rear parking assistance or even a cruise control / speed limiter.
Notice to enthusiasts, the Citroën C3 “Saint James” is already available to order. It is offered with the PureTech 110 hp petrol engine. Count € 21,600 for the manual gearbox version six gears and € 23,000 with the EAT6 automatic transmission. That’s € 600 more than a “classic” C3 Shine. The arrival at the concession is scheduled for September 2021.
