sporty SUVs change their style!

The BMW X3 M and X4 M Competition are finally unveiled! Here are the changes of this restyling operated by the Bavarian brand!

A look that changes smoothly

The exterior of the SUV changes slightly, with notably reworked shields on the front, which gives the car a much more aggressive look. The side air intakes are also reworked, to better cool the mechanics.

At the rear, the diffuser incorporates four exhaust outlets which suggest a hoarse and insolent sound. Other contrasting elements in black also appear, such as the rear spoiler.

At the same time, there are new 21-inch forged rims. These allow each wheel to be lightened by approximately 2 kg.

Finally, new exterior colors and a wide range of colors from the BMW Individual catalog are also available.

A neat interior

Regarding the interior, the BMW X3 M and X4 M Competition receive a more sporty finish, with quilted leather upholstery and a backlit M logo.

The most demanding customers will be able to customize the interior of the cabin of their sporty crossover by dressing it with elements in carbon fiber in several places.

An updated six cylinder

Under the hood of the X3 M and X4 M, we find the six cylinders in line, biturbo 3.0 L, which benefits from a slight update.

Equipped with a new forged crankshaft, the torque increases by 50 Nm and now goes to 650 Nm, which gives the SUV a small speed boost. A gain that allows him to complete the exercise from 0 to 100 km / h in 3.8 seconds, or 0.3 seconds less than before. Total power now reaches 510 horsepower for this muscular version of the SUV.

The Vmax peaks at 250 km/h in its basic version and it is possible to unbridle it at 285 km/h with the optional M Experience Pack.

Finally, a new suspension fitted with electronically controlled shock absorbers optimizes the grip of the two behemoths.
