While trying to avoid an accident, the driver of this Ferrari 488 GTB created another, more important and most importantly much more expensive one.
For many, enjoying a supercar is synonymous with driving at full speed, in order to maximize the sensations and appreciate the song of the engine! But it’s better to experience this stuff on the track than on the open road. Indeed, driving at full speed in traffic is far from a good idea, and this Ferrari driver will learn it the hard way …
This tragic event takes place in Philadelphia, including 3 Maranello supercars. At the start of the video, we follow a black Ferrari 488 GTB. A vehicle whose twin-turbo V8 produces 670 hp. In full acceleration, the driver of the latter is surprised by the traffic which slows down. As the car in front of him brakes, he finds himself forced to move to the right to avoid the accident.
Unfortunately for him, he rushes straight into a Ferrari 488 Pista, the side of which he gently repaints. And since the saying goes: “never 2 without 3”, it bounces to fit into a Ferrari 458 Italia. This skewer of rugged Italians ends up under a bridge, blocking the rest of the traffic. Fortunately, there were no injuries.
For the driver of this 488 GTB, it is true that driving a supercar on the road is good, but on the track, it would have been better!
