E-Legend EL1 pays homage to the Audi Quattro S1 from the 80s, but its 5-cylinder gives way to an 816 hp electric motor! Sufficient power to knock down 0 to 100 in less than 3 s.
No doubt possible, this E-Legend EL1 is well inspired by the legendary Audi Quattro S1. A rendered model famous thanks to Group B from the 80s. If its style is oldschool, its technologies are however very current, with in particular, LED lights and a lot of carbon fiber in order to maintain a contained weight. But the most important is under the hood where an 816 hp electric motor has taken the place of the 5-cylinder block..
Thanks to a relatively controlled weight for an electric car of 1,680 kg and all this power, it reaches 100 km / h in just 2.8 seconds. The 200 km / h in 10 seconds! This EL1 should take over a large part of the components of the Taycan including the 4-wheel drive system and its ultra-fast 800 V charging. The battery capacity is 90 kWh. What to display a range of 400 km as long as we do not press too much on the mushroom !
Indeed, the small German manufacturer nonetheless reports that it will only be able to complete 2 laps of the Nürburgring foot to the floor. Or about 40 km, so almost 10 times less than the advertised autonomy! Currently still in the draft stage, 30 copies should be produced for a unit price of one million euros! Two other models are said to be in preparation, both inspired by the rally world, notably the Lancia Stratos.
