If you are nostalgic for the charm of old gas pumps but a fervent defender of electric cars, this terminal is for you!
All over the world, CO2 emissions are worrying. Many countries have put in place incentive policies for the purchase of electric vehicles. Above all, this allows you to breathe healthier air (at least locally).
But for many users, plugging in your car is not as easy as filling your tank with unleaded or diesel. And still others miss the cold atmosphere of modern gas stations. The design of this particular Tesla terminal is not going to change everyone’s habits. However, it has the merit of varying a little from the classic monolith style.
Located in the city of Coopersburg in the state of Pennsylvania in the United States, this terminal takes the design of gas pumps fashionable in the 1950s. It therefore houses two 16 kW Tesla chargers for connecting a Model 3, S or X. An old lamppost in the same theme has also been added to give even more character to the whole. Another terminal is also nearby, but of a more classic design, this one belongs to the Plugshare network.
These terminals have been installed in the parking lot of an Inside Scoop. It is an ice cream sign that can be found all over the world. The owner, fan of electric cars and 50s design has managed to combine the two to his delight and that of passing motorists.
