95% of French people have already had “risky behavior”

Between the stress of departures, fatigue, or even the frustrating traffic jams, the road to leaving on vacation can be strewn with pitfalls. Even dangers. The MMA insurer therefore decided to conduct a study on the behavior of French people when going on vacation – and the results are a little worrying.
According to this survey, 95% of drivers have already had a risky behavior on the road to vacation. In detail, 87% have already driven more than 2 hours in a row, without a break, and 77% have already exceeded the speed limits. More minority, 34% have already driven with a phone in hand, 26% have already blown a stop sign, priority or red light, and 25% admit to having driven after having had more than two drinks.
The French well prepared!
This is not reassuring before hitting the road … Especially since 43% say they are more tired than at the same time in 2020, and 43% also say they sleep less the day before departure. However, all is not negative: 88% took the time to carefully check their vehicles before leaving.
