A Saudi artist painted by hand, in front of an amazed audience, a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ in front of the Hotel de Paris, in Monte-Carlo.
The tourists who were present in Monaco could not believe their eyes: in front of the very select Paris hotel, a man painting a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ with only a brush and a paint pot! It turns out that it was not the work of a vandal at all but owner of this car worth € 500,000.
The artist is called Abdullah Qandeel | and comes from Saudi Arabia. Relatively known in the world of contemporary art, it is not his first work. The latter loves to use a car body as a painting. Indeed, he already redecorated a Porsche 911 GT3 some time ago. Inspired by Zulu art, its style underlines the Lamborghini line which ultimately goes very well with all these colors.
Even more surprisingly, the artist did not stop outside the car: he also painted elements of the interior, as well as the dashboard. Let’s hope that the market value of the work exceeds that of the Aventador SVJ, otherwise an original restoration could be extremely expensive for its owner!
