The BMW iX3 is very young, but it is already going through the restyling box to align with the thermal versions!
Immediately unveiled, immediately restyled! While the BMW iX3 electric SUV only arrived in dealerships at the start of 2021, it has already the right to a restyling. So why go through this stage normally reserved for cars arriving at mid-career? Quite simply to align it with the classic X3 and X4, which themselves received a little facelift a few weeks ago.
Unsurprisingly, we therefore find the features of the thermal BMW X3. The optics are thinner at the front, and frame an even wider grille, although it is obviously hidden here. The spotlights are LED as standard and can be fitted with optional laser technology.
Behind, the lights adopt a new 3D effect design. The shields are slightly retouched, and still incorporate a blue border which signifies the electric motor.
Inside, the presentation is redesigned and is closer to the Coupe Series 4. There is a large 12.3-inch center display, coupled and digital instrument cluster of the same size.
The technique does not change. We therefore find a 80 kWh battery, which promises a maximum WLTP autonomy of 461 km. The 286 hp engine, placed on the rear wheels, propels the BMW iX3 from 0 to 100 km / h in 6.8s.
When it comes to prices, count 69 950 € for the entry-level “Inspiring” which still includes a panoramic roof, tri-zone air conditioning, the M-Sport pack as standard, and 19-inch wheels. The high “Impressive” version starts at € 76,350.
The BMW iX3 is already available to order, and the first deliveries are expected in the fall.
