In September, Trigano will launch a new brand of campervans: Panama, with five models on Ford Transit carrier, which can accommodate up to four people.
The French group Trigano, which already offers many products under the brands Challenger, Chausson, Eura-Mobil, CI or even Benimar to name a few, is launching the creation of a new brand of converted vans: Panama, whose models will be made in Spain.
The concept of Panama is based on the signature « 247365 » : the brand’s models are designed to be used both in everyday life and for departures on weekends or on vacation.
When it is launched in September 2021, the Panama campervan range will consist of five models resting on a carrier Ford Transit Custom, equipped with the 2.0-liter Diesel engine with 105 or 130 horsepower. This will be offered in two lengths, with different layouts: 4.97 meters for the P10 (three finishes), and 5.34 meters for the P54 (two finishes), all over 2.08 meters in width and height.
Inside, around a retractable table, the two swivel front seats complete the modular rear seat, to accommodate up to five seated passengers. The latter transforms at night into a double bed of 114 × 187 cm, completed by a double bed located in the pop-up roof, 120 × 200 cm (or 116 × 198 on the long version). The set is completed by a kitchen unit with a hob, a sink and a 42-liter refrigerator, not to mention an additional external shower. Thanks to a system of rails on the ground, the boot capacity is flexible and can reach, depending on the version and layout, up to 2,200 liters.
The campervans of Panama will be marketed on the occasion of their presentation at the Düsseldorf Motorhome Show, which will be held from August 27 to September 5, 2021. You can then find them in France, at Le Bourget leisure vehicle show, from September 25 to October 3, 2021.
