10 years that this ultra rare example of a Porsche modified by RUF had not been cleaned! So obviously, she is entitled to the full treatment and it’s nice to see.
Here is an RUF BTR Cabriolet with flat nose, one of the only two examples in the world! It is actually a Porsche 930 to which the preparer has made a few or rather a lot of changes. Since 1977, the small manufacturer based in the city of Pfaffenhausen in Germany has been making Stuttgart cars even faster and more exclusive.
This vehicle passed into their expert hands in 1988 with some 25 other companions and only one other convertible.
RUF did not go hand in hand with this car. All engine components except the block itself have been put in the trash! The displacement of the latter was increased to 3.4 liters before receiving all new pistons, spark plugs and another larger turbo. The result now develops 375 hp, more than 30% more than the original engine. Bravo SHOUT!
And this copy most likely differs from its counterpart, but not in the best possible way. It has indeed not been washed for 10 years! With great evils, great remedies, then she is entitled to the total! A cleaning job is so important to achieve that one video is not enough. If the result is already stunning at the end of this first episode, we can not wait to discover the rest!
