first illustrations of the future sedan

Skoda continues the Slavia teasers, with two new illustrations of its new sedan specifically designed for the Indian market.

After the small SUV Kushaq, the Czech manufacturer will soon market a new model in the A0 segment, specifically developed for the Indian market: the Skoda Slavia, a small notchback saloon based on the MQB-A0-IN platform. After announcing the lines of the model and presenting it during testing, still camouflaged, Skoda lifts the veil on two new official illustrations.

We discover a model in phase with the latest productions of the brand, such as the largest Octavia, which features Skoda’s large hexagonal grille, as well as tapered front headlights, which incorporate daytime running lights with the light signature in the shape of a L. The very slender silhouette is inspired by the “4-door coupes” in vogue on the market, while its long wheelbase announces generous space on board.

Skoda Slavia (2022): presentation in November 2021

On the second visual, we discover the rear of the new Slavia, with a trunk trunk inscribed in the extension of the roof line, an imposing “ŠKODA” lettering as well as a skirt with a discreet chrome border, all completed. by red reflectors in the lower part. The rear lights, at the C-shaped light signature, consist of two parts and extend to the boot flap.

The future Skoda Slavia presented in the course of this November 2021, and will be marketed in 2022. It will be manufactured in India at the Pune plant in the west of the country, and the Mladá Boleslav firm has already announced that up to 95% of its components will be supplied by local suppliers.
