Video: discover this hot-rod with a Honda S2000 engine and inspired by F1!

Exposed 31-inch high tires and oversized spoiler grafted onto the body of an American from the 1930s. In the streets of Miami, this extraordinary machine attracts more attention than any Lamborghini, Ferrari or even Bugatti!

Welcome to Miami to discover the incredible marriage between a Ford Model A and a Honda S2000, all sprinkled with a Formula 1 style design! This crazy project has started with a synthetic image posted on Instagram. It ended up coming to life thanks to its previous owner. But arriving in the hands of Ricky Boada, current driver of this car, it was only a show car which we did not really take the wheel. Today, on the other hand, it could be driven practically every day!

Half American and half Japanese

Under this tiny hood hides a Honda S2000 engineslightly modified thanks to a “small” turbo! Originally, the block already spits out 250 hp and more than 200 Nm of torque! We do not know its current performance, but there is no doubt that it must go quickly in a machine even lighter than the Japanese convertible! The gearbox and the entire rear axle also come from the Japanese sports car.

Still a bit of work…

If the body of this project like no other is rather well finished, the interior still deserves a little work. The driving position, for example, does not seem quite ideal.

We might as well not even mention the finishes which are simply non-existent in the majority of the cabin since the acoustic protections are still visible!

Everyone turns around in its path!

But what a look! This machine definitely does not go unnoticed! We probably have his F1-style look to thank for that. What could be more logical, how not to turn around on such a spoiler or these slick and completely exposed 31-inch high tires! Suffice to say that it does not lack grip … And style! In one of the super and hypercar capitals, everyone turns around on this contraption rather than on a Lamborghini or even a Bugatti! And that’s exactly why such a thing came about.
