McLaren is one of the biggest builders of supercars. Established in 1981, its ultimate goal has always been to produce the fastest cars in the world. Among his many successes and his most beautiful creations, there is the McLaren F1 GTR which held this record. It has a rather special place in the history of the automobile.

A rare and highly coveted model!

The McLaren F1 GTR represents… A rare, very special and much desired diamond! This model is derived from the McLaren F1 and won the overall BPR Global GT Series Championship in 1995. The famous McLaren F1 has been declined in several models, including the Longtail version which has a slightly longer body than the classic. It is extremely rare because it was produced in only 10 copies of which one has been transformed for road use by Lanzante.

A video posted by The TFJJ YouTube channel has recently caused a buzz on the web, especially for car enthusiasts. It’s about of a video showing a McLaren F1 GTR in the streets of the British capital. Yes, despite the narrow streets of London, the beast knew how to show off and did not go unnoticed! His charisma and his rather imposing appearance leave no one indifferent!

An extraordinary and ultra-efficient version!

As a reminder, the McLaren F1 GTR comes with stunning performance. It has a naturally aspirated 6.0 L V12 engine restored by BMW 270. Beyond its 600 Ch. and its 651 Nm torqueit can reach a maximum speed of 362 km/h. And since it weighs only 950 Kg, driving it is no easy task! Light and imposing, be careful when maneuvering!
