The SEMA Show 2022 takes place this year in Las Vegas, from 1^is to November 4: the opportunity for Nissan to present to the public no less than six concept-carswhich highlight 100% electric, all-terrain and sporty models, highly customized!

At the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Nissan Thrill Street exhibition invites you to discover a total of seven vehicles from the brand, as well as two walls of parts and accessories signed Nismowhich allow owners of the brand’s models to personalize their vehicles.

Nissan at the SEMA Show 2022: electric concepts

In partnership with Tommy Pike Custom (TPC), Nissan presents 2 100% electric concept cars : the first is the Nissan Sunny Leaf, a 1987 Sunny pick-up equipped with a 100% electric motor borrowed from a Nissan Leaf, all coupled to a 40 kWh lithium-ion battery. The model offers 150hp and 320Nm of torque, which is about twice as much power and three times as much torque as the old stock Nissan Sunny’s four-cylinder petrol engine.

Le concept-car Nissan Aria Surfwagon reinterprets the new Nissan Ariya crossover into a beach leisure vehicle, with wood-panel vinyl body trim, and various other accessories as well as surfboards fixed on the roof bars, in particular. There are also 20-inch blue “Smoothie” rims, with stainless steel wheel centers and whitewall tires.

Nissan at the SEMA Show 2022: extreme adventurers

The Nissan Frontier pick-up, available on the American market and recently restyled, inspired two concepts: the extreme Nismo Off-Road Frontier V8, made by Forsberg Racing, featuring a Nissan Titan V8 engine and fitted with a special Nismo Off-Road exhaust, as well as a unique off-road suspension system. Also featured is a widebody kit, with Nismo Off-Road extensions and parts, including carbon fiber front fenders and bonnet, and a Nismo Off-Road front bumper that offers an angle of improved attack.

The second model is a 2022 Nissan Frontier King Cab S presented by influencer Christina Roki and named Frontier Street Truck : it receives a modified and lowered body, but also exclusive wheels, and surfs on the “mini truckin” fashion of the 90s.

Nissan at the SEMA Show 2022: the new Nissan Z in the spotlight

Nissan is also taking advantage of the American show to present its latest sports car, the Nissan Z: the various accessories for personalizing the model are highlighted by the concept car Nismo Accessorized Zwhich notably includes a Nismo twin-tube shock kit, a new spring system and height-adjustable suspension.

The Nissan Z 2023 Formula Drift by Chris Forsberg, with 1,300 horsepower, shows the ambitions of the brand’s sports coupe in the world of the Formula Drift championship. This model was made on a 370Z by Forsberg Racing, in collaboration with Nissan and Nismo, and equipped with a VR38DETT twin-turbo V6 engine extensively modified to reach 1,300 horsepower. It will be used in Formula Drift competitions in the United States.

Finally, the Nissan Z GT4 racing car makes its first public appearance at the 2022 SEMA Show: this race car will hit the tracks in 2023, and continue the prestigious heritage of the Nissan Z in motorsport.
