With this new teaser video, Aston Martin announces the arrival of the Aston Martin DBS 770 Ultimate, a limited farewell series of the iconic sports coupe.
Launched in 2018, theAston Martin DBS, also called Superleggera, is about to bow out. To celebrate the end of his career and as a final salute to the V12 engine, the Gaydon firm will soon be presenting a new version of its sports coupé, theAston Martin DBS 770 Ultimate.
To help us wait, Aston Martin has released a teaser video of this DBS 770 Ultimate, which should be unveiled in early 2023 and marketed as a limited special edition. This final edition of the DBS V12 will develop 770 horsepower, and will feature new aesthetic and mechanical attributes compared to the production model.
This video gives very little information on the brand’s future sports coupe: we see a series of visuals representing in turn a cloud of smoke, a burning fuse, moving water, a barometer rising in pressure, or even a seismograph in action.
Many symbols that already announce the explosive character of this Aston Martin DBS 770 Ultimate, whose lines we can imagine still hidden in the dark. The model should take up the silhouette of the DBS Superleggera, with specific alloy wheels, and perhaps even a new and more aerodynamic body kit.

Under the hood, we find the engine 5.2-liter twin-turbo V12 signed Aston Martin, which will develop here the power of 770 horsepower, an increase of 45 horsepower compared to the current DBS, and 10 horsepower compared to the version signed Zagato. What improve the already impressive performance of the model, which swallows the 0 to 100 km / h in 3.4 seconds, for a top speed of 340 km / h.
This cavalry will be transmitted to the rear wheels via an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission. According to the firm’s press release, the Aston Martin DBS 770 Ultimate will benefit from a chassis at the “re-engineered and more incisive dynamic focus combined with exquisite design”.
