A major recall campaign is currently underway for the Dacia Spring, affected by a problem with its seat belts.
Since its launch, the Dacia Spring has enjoyed great success in France and throughout Europe. And for good reason, it displays an unbeatable price, with a price displayed around 20,000 €. All without taking into account the ecological bonus, set at €5,000 on the low-cost city car. Thus, it is simply the cheapest electric car on the market today. A fine career for the new star of Dacia, which is now available in a brand new Extreme version that is even more complete and offers increased performance, with a power of 65 horsepower compared to 44 until then.
THANK YOU for being so numerous to come to the Dacia stand.

This should appeal even more to customers, many of whom have already answered the call for low cost city car. But now it is the subject of a brand new and extensive reminder. Indeed, no less than 9,000 copies of the car would be affected. But then, what is it? This time, it’s a concern related to seat belts that would cause this campaign. Indeed, the unwinder at the rear right would be defective and would sometimes not work correctly. Thus, a massive recall was decided to ensure the safety of the occupants.

For now, Dacia has not yet given too many details on the repairs that will be carried out on the cars concerned. These were sold in France but also in Germany or even in Poland and the Netherlands. The intervention should logically be quite fast and will of course be supported by the manufacturer. You will therefore have nothing to pay for repairs to your car if you are ever affected by this problem.
