The BMW M2 is undoubtedly the last BMW M that is not equipped with any electrification system. The car is fitted with the S58 3.0-litre bi-turbo six-cylinder engine developing a trifle of 460 hp and 550 Nm of torque.
It is a rear-wheel drive, and BMW has not yet confirmed the arrival of an xDrive version. But like the BMW M4, the M2 should also have the right to four-wheel drive, with always the possibility of switching to propulsion thanks to the variable system linked to this transmission.
The BMW M2 is available with a six-speed manual gearbox, allowing it to achieve 0 to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds. Without the third pedal, namely with the eight-speed automatic transmission, the 0 to 100 km/h falls to 4.1 seconds.
