If you didn’t already know, Spoticar is the brand specializing in second-hand vehicles from the Stellantis network (formerly Groupe PSA): in addition to selling second-hand models of the group’s brands alone (Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, Fiat, Abarth or even Jeep), Spoticar offers a wide selection of used cars of all brands, and is now expanding its offer with the arrival of Spoticar Direct.

Spoticar Direct is one new exclusive online servicewhich will soon be available on the website www.spoticar.fr : it designates vehicles coming directly from the Stellantis group, prepared and reconditioned according to demanding standards, in its reconditioning center in Hordain, in the North (59). These standards are already rigorously applied in the 1,200 points of sale in the Spoticar network.

Spoticar Direct: a wide range of used vehicles from Stellantis

Thus, the customer can select the car of his choice online, and have it delivered near his home. This is a new complementary offer to that available in the Stellantis network in France. The models offered will be constantly renewed, and 500 vehicles will already be available for the launch scheduled for June 1, 2023.

Convenient and accessible 24 hours a day, Spoticar Direct will give customers direct access to a wide range of vehiclesbeyond their geographical area: they can then take possession of their car at the Stellantis point of sale of their choice, all without invoicing transport costs.

Spoticar Direct: a 100% remote journey

Spoticar took care of the customer journey for his new offer: after having selected his vehicle online, the customer will be able to call on the advice of a call center by telephone, which will help him in his choice. Then, the last steps will be carried out in the point of sale chosen by the customer: payment, delivery and handover, thanks to the experts of the network of physical points of sale.

If it is not possible to try the vehicle before purchase, the customer will benefit from 10 days after the purchase to change your mind, and thus be to reimburse if the chosen model did not suit him.

Spoticar regularly innovates in the field of services related to used vehicles, with, for example, offers of financing and long-term leasing on used vehicles, or even the possibility of buying cars in cash. This new Spoticar Direct offer will attract new customers and facilitate their purchasing process, regardless of where they are in France.
