When we take a closer look at this map, we realize that seven departments decided to raise to 90 km/h the maximum speed allowed on 100% of their network. The latter are still in the minority since the rest of the departments which have started this change have only done so on part of their road network.

In Lozere, next to 87% of the network has already returned to 90 km/h. If we base ourselves on the percentages of the network which has gone back to 90 km/h, the other departments are still a long way off. After that of the Lozere, we find l’Orne has 35 %, the Doubs and the Meuse with 28 %the Seine et Marne with 26 % or even the Tarn with 25 %.

The next departments at 90 km/h

When 50 departments have decided to backtrack, others will soon join the race. Indeed, according to information from the drivers defense leaguethe Gard and the Morbihan will, in the future, return to 90 km/h.

In the case of the Yonne, the defense league suggests that the department will go from 411 km has 90 km/h has 1 502 km the next november 7.

You will have understood it, the situation continues to evolve in France metropolitan. If already, more than 50% of departments went back to 90 km/hthis number may increase in the future.
