However, a few resourceful people manage to reduce the costs as much as possible. This is the case of this woman from the United Kingdom, Jen. His goal was to refurbish his old motorhome, a Volkswagen Caddy Micro. She won her bet for a sum rarely so modest.

A transformation project for a very limited budget

Jen apparently had a very tight budget to take back his Volkswagen Caddy Micro. In total, she did not want to spend more than 100 euros on her project. And she managed to modify her van with only 100 euros! More than just customization, it has gone so far as to make the Volkswagen a real house on wheels.

This Brit gave an overview of the scope of her work in a short video posted on her TikTok account, @cornersofcornwall. Before embarking on the modifications, the Volkswagen vehicle was practically empty of any arrangement. It contained only a few garlands. After his finished project, the result appeared more enticing.

Jen managed to turn the Volkswagen Caddy Micro into a little rolling house. Concretely, she painted a door in yellow and brown on which she wrote « Betty », the name she gave to her car. The rear space has been completely covered witha large colorful bed. On it, she placed several cushions and a cozy quilt.

Along the sides, Jen has also installed shelving made from storage boxes. She also has hanging wicker basket. Everything has a bohemian style that will appeal to some travelers. Above all, the price is incredibly low. She only spent 100 euros in total. It must, however, be admitted that its transformation stopped at a refitting of the interior, which is inexpensive.
