Speeding and drugged, this biker did not have his license either

This driver was intercepted without a license, speeding and under the influence of drugs. He was severely punished.

Many offenses

But it would seem that some do not feel entirely concerned by these risks and decide to ignore the danger. Obviously to the detriment of other road users. This is the case of our champion of the day, a 49-year-old man residing near Brive-la-Gaillarde. Without a glove, the biker also circulated without his driving license which he had already seen withdrawn. In addition, he was also positive for cannabis according to the saliva test performed. But that’s not all.

A heavy sentence

Indeed, the forty-year-old is not really a child at heart, since he has already had to deal with justice. His criminal record counts no less than 37 mentions, for traffic offences, violence and the use of narcotics. The latter, however, admitted the facts while in police custody and finally accepted the sentence of seven months in prison. He was imprisoned immediately after the trial, as part of an appearance on prior admission of guilt (CRPC). Which should deter him from doing it again anytime soon…
