A young driver

The latter took place on August 30, in the municipality of Rouen, in Normandy. A police patrol is then monitoring the city during the night, when they see a car approaching at very high speed. And for good reason, it is finally flashed at 102 km / h in the rue du Mont-Riboudet, instead of the regulatory 50 km / h. Neither one nor two, the police arrest the fugitive. And there, they are not at the end of their surprises. Because the young man installed behind the steering wheel is not even of legal age, since he is only 17 years old. But that’s obviously not all.

Of course, the driver does not have a driving license in his pocket, while the passage of the latter one year before the majority is not yet authorized for the moment. But that’s not all, because saliva tests also confirm that the latter is under the influence of cannabis. The young man was eventually taken into custody for his numerous offences. He will have to explain himself a little later in court but risks very big for his dangerous and potentially fatal behavior for him or other road users.
