Rugbymen pull a car out of a ditch with the strength of their arms!

A surprising scene took place in the Landes, in Saint-Jean de Marsacq, on Saturday August 19th. The rugby club in this small town was training for the upcoming season. Suddenly a car came stand in a ditch bordering the club grounds.

According to Actu.fr, the motorist driving the damaged vehicle wanted, in reality, to make a U-turn. However, he did not manage to do his maneuver and ended up in a bad way, as shown by a video broadcast by BFM TV. It was then that several rugby team members de Marsacq came to help him put his car back on the right track.

Rugbymen to free a car from a ditch

The players of the Saint-Jean de Marsacq rugby club made a great show of solidarity. As soon as the car crashed into the ditch, they stopped everything to help the motorist. No need to call a tow truck. The rugby players took it upon themselves to put the vehicle back on the road.

And to achieve this, they only had recourse to strength of their arms. Video from the scene shows the players rushing to the car. Several of them swung to free the machine. Two other members of the team were placed on the road to regulate traffic.

Another similar case in July

This scene is reminiscent another story which took place a few weeks earlier, in July. As reported The Midi Dispatch, the players of the Colomiers rugby club were in training in the town of Soustons in July. The team then passed tourists whose car was stuck in sandtowards a beach.

Just like the players of Saint-Jean de Marsacq, several members of the Colomiers club rushed to help these tourists. As another video shows, the players went there by force of arms to free the car from the sand. Their intervention was successful, and the vehicle was saved from the sand.
