Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV: a new Black Collection special edition
The Japanese manufacturer is launching a new “Black Collection” special series in Europe on its plug-in hybrid SUV, the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV.
Launched in 2017, the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV is a compact SUV with a fairly confidential commercial career, which benefited from a restyling in 2021. The second plug-in hybrid SUV produced by Mitsubishi after the Outlander PHEV, the Eclipse Cross PHEV is equipped with plug-in hybrid technology, allowing it drive in 4-wheel drive, even in 100% electric mode.
To boost its sales and complete its range, the Japanese manufacturer is now offering a new special seriesbaptized Black Collection.
Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV Black Collection: an assertive style
The Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV Black Collection is distinguished by its dynamic styling with subtle black accents on the body : grained black sills and lower door protections, gloss black exterior mirror shells, gloss black front/rear protective plates, or 18″ black alloy wheels.
These black elements come to bring a contrast with the five body colors offered on this special limited series: Diamond Red, Diamond White, Amethyst Black, Titanium Gray or Sterling Silver gray.
Many technologies
The Black Collection special edition of the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV also includes as standard all the equipment of the other finishes of the range, such as rear cross traffic alert, 360° cameras, adaptive cruise control, heated rear side seats, the premium Mitsubishi Power Sound audio system, or the blind spot monitoring system with assistance when changing lanes.
Under the hood, we always find the same Twin Motor 4WD plug-in hybrid enginewhich combines a 2.4 MIVEC petrol engine with 2 electric motors, all coupled to the four-wheel drive of the Super-All Wheel Control (S-AWC) system.
The Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV Black Collection is marketed in Europe at the price of 48.690 €excluding offer on free VAT, extended until December 31, 2023.
