Excitement is mounting as the 2023 Rugby World Cup approaches. This premier sporting event not only attracts rugby fans, but also businesses wishing to partner with the competition. Among them, TotalEnergies stands out with an initiative that will delight owners of electric vehicles during the competition.
As official sponsor of the 2023 Rugby World Cup, TotalEnergies has decided to mark this event by offering free electric charging to all owners of electric vehicles traveling to stations located near the nine host stadiums of the competition.
A total of 107 high-power charging points will be available for motorists wishing to take advantage of this offer. Note, however, that this initiative will only be valid on match days.
On match days, owners of electric vehicles will be able to use the nearest station to the stadium between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.where they will be welcomed by guests from TotalEnergies to accompany them, even if, overall, owners of electric cars are very well informed about the ecosystem that revolves around this energy.
Contacted by us, TotalEnergies told us that free charging was accessible to everyoneand not just for match spectators with a ticket.
