Good news if you want to buy a new Peugeot e-308, since its price has been reduced in recent days.
Today, almost all manufacturers are entering the electric market. To tell the truth, they actually don’t really have a choice, since the European Union wants to ban the sale of thermal models on the Old Continent from 2035. A boon for certain brands like Tesla or others from China , who now have plenty of time to develop with us. Elon Musk’s firm is also a hit, with Model Y and Model 3 which are very popular with customers. Especially since the manufacturer has just unveiled its restyled sedan, which should give its competitors a cold sweat.

Obviously, this arrival, in addition to the price reductions made since the start of the year, has caused manufacturers to react. This is for example the case of Ford, but also of Peugeot. The lion firm, which recently launched its electric e-308, seems to take a dim view of this rival from the United States. Thus, it has just made a big price reduction on its compact, which started a few months ago from 48,000 euros. A price considered clearly too high, which is now much more reasonable than before. Indeed, the electric 308 is currently displayed from 43,900 euros in its Allure finish.
But that’s not all, because it is also possible toget the electric compact for 42,590 euros thanks to a discount currently offered by the manufacturer. Thus, the French model becomes more accessible than the Model 3, which currently has an entry ticket of 42,990 euros. For the record, the Peugeot e-308 has a range of around 400 kilometers thanks to its 54 kWh battery. Its power is announced at 156 horsepower as on the e-208 as well as the DS 3 E-Tense, among others.
