Nissan is organizing a major recall campaign on its Juke in France. Find out the reasons in our article below!
Car manufacturers have always implemented recall campaigns to correct certain defects on their cars. These are organized when several vehicles have the same problem, and this is directly attributable to the manufacturer and the design. In this case, the brand recalls all the copies concerned to the workshop for repair at its expense. Today it is the turn of Nissanwhich must resolve a problem with its 2nd generation Juke launched in 2019. At that time, only one engine was offered on the SUV.

It’s about 1.0 liter three-cylinder turbo, which is now supported by other hybrid versions. But now the latter is in the news today due to a small mechanical problem. No risk of fire or accident this time, rest assured. But then, what is it about? Well this time, the problem is linked to the engine, which stalls when you press the brake and accelerator pedal. The problem is that it then refuses to restart in some cases. Which can quickly become annoying and which explains the recall put in place by the manufacturer.
The problem then comes from a small module, which must be updated so that everything is in order. In total, no less than 2,000 examples of the SUV would be affected in France, produced between June 16 and December 14, 2022. Of course, all affected customers will be contacted by their dealer. They will be invited to bring their car back to the workshop for a quick and obviously free upgrade, supported by the Japanese brand.
