Magnum’s Ferrari 308 GTS available at Playmobil!

The famous Ferrari 308 GTS Quattrovalvole from Magnum, the police series from the 1980s, is now available in Playmobil, with figurines of the main characters.

Just like its competitor Lego, the German toy brand Playmobil offers in its collection different models of iconic cars: after the Citroën 2CV, Porsche 911, Volkswagen Beetle, Mini Cooper, James Bond’s Aston Martin DB5, the All-Risks Agency van, KITT from K2000, without forgetting the DeLorean Return towards the Future, here is now the Red Ferrari 308 GTS by Magnum !

This kit is aimed at fans of the Magnum series, Playmobil collectors, but also fans of the iconic Ferrari 308 GTS. Indeed, if it is not within everyone’s reach to be able to acquire a 308 GTS, Playmobil allows all fans of its toys to add the legendary prancing horse convertible to their collection, in its version driven by Tom Selleck in the famous 1980s detective series.

Ferrari 308 GTS: a miniature model at Playmobil

The “Magnum, pi Ferrari 308 GTS Quattrovalvole” kit from Playmobil, which bears the number reference 71343of course includes the car, which measures 25 cm long by 11 cm wide and 6.5 cm high, but also the figurines of Thomas Magnum with his famous Hawaiian shirt, TC, Rick Wright as well as Jonathan Higgins, the main characters from the Serie.

As on the real Ferrari 308 GTS, the roof can be removed, and two characters can be installed on board the car. With a simple press of a button located under the car, the two retractable headlights open and close, while the hood at the rear of the car can also be opened, to access the engine.

The Playmobil Ferrari 308 GTS Magnum kit includes a total of 48 pieces, and is notably accompanied by some accessories, such as a palm tree, a parrot, binoculars, a camera, or even a walkie-talkie. Various details are present on the miniature model, such as the “ROBIN-1” license plate from the car from the TV series.
