Prince Harry’s Audi RS6 is on sale

This car is not just an Audi RS6. It actually belonged to Prince Harry himself before his wedding in 2018.

Prince Harry has obviously not always been a lover of great luxury and the splendor of the British monarchy. He also owned an Audi RS6, a car he purchased in 2017, before his marriage to Meghan Markle. According to Carscoops his objective was then to go as unnoticed as possible aboard this vehicle.

From now on, this Audi is for sale. And although Prince Harry hasn’t used this car for several years, many photos show him alongside the RS6. Today it is for sale on the Pistonheads website for £42,000, the equivalent of 48 000 euros. Its value is therefore much lower than a modern RS6, which can normally be purchased for more than 100,000 euros.

An Audi RS6 that once belonged to Prince Harry is up for sale

The Audi RS6 isn’t exactly a low-end vehicle. Moreover, Prince Harry’s model benefits from more than 12,000 euros of options. However, this car has the advantage of discretion. Sober, it attracts less attention than a Rolls-Royce or even a luxury Range Rover. It was thus the perfect model for the prince, who wanted to escape the journalists’ cameras.

This objective was only partially fulfilled, since photos still circulated showing Prince Harry aboard this Audi RS6. Moreover, it did not serve him for long and he gave up his desire to remain discreet for a very long time. After his marriage to Meghan Markle, he made headlines around the world for washing his dirty laundry in public.

A second auction

Everything about this Audi RS6 exudes the need for discretion. Painting is a Daytona Grey. As for the interior, it is just as discreet. This style also gives a dignified and classy air to this German car. As for its condition, it works perfectly. It is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty which does not expire until 2025.

This isn’t the first time Prince Harry’s Audi RS6 has gone to auction. In August 2018, it had already been sold on Autotrader for more than 80,000 euros. In the meantime, its value has decreased, mainly due to mileage. While she had only traveled 7,000 kilometers in 2018, her odometer now shows more than 100,000! But its future buyer will still be able to show up with an object that belonged to one of the best-known members of the royal family.
