Toyota bZ4X: prices for the electric SUV for 2024

Prices for the Toyota bZ4X drop violently from this month of February 2024 in France: prices for the Japanese electric SUV start from €39,900.

The ecological bonus disappears? Toyota cuts prices for the bZ4X!

For this year, the French Government has radically tightened the eligibility criteria for the 2024 ecological bonus, to exclude vehicles that are not produced in Europe. The majority of Toyota models, with the exception of the Proace City Verso Electric, are no longer eligible for this government subsidy… Never mind! Since February 1, 2024, the Japanese manufacturer slashes prices for Toyota bZ4X for its French customers.
Indeed, Toyota wants to democratize access to electric cars to as many customers as possible. As a result, all versions of Toyota’s first 100% electric SUV now benefit from a significant drop in their price which amounts to up to €11,100 on the bZ4X Origin, and up to €11,000 on the bZ4X Pure Business, the latter finish now being available to individuals.
Moreover, metallic paint now becomes standard across the entire range: it was previously an option, priced at €700.

Toyota bZ4X: an exceptional discount

In detail, the bZ4X Pure Business is displayed at a beginner price from €39,900, while the bZ4X Origin 2WD traction version costs €43,900. Finally, the four-wheel drive bZ4X Origin AWD version increases to €46,900.
In addition to these more attractive prices, if the customer places an order until March 31, 2024, Toyota is exceptionally offering a additional discount of €5,000 which corresponds to compensation for the disappearance of the amount of the ecological bonus from 2023. Once this additional discount has been applied, the prices of the bZ4X begin from €34,900 which gives it a certain advantage over its competitors.
Toyota’s first model based on the e-TNGA platform, the bZ4X is available in front-wheel drive with a power of 204 horsepower, with a 71.4 kWh lithium-ion battery offering up to 503 km of autonomy (according to the WLTP cycle), but also in all-wheel drive with a 218 horsepower version, offering up to 461 km of autonomy (according to the WLTP cycle).

The Toyota bZ4X therefore begins this new year with a much more attractive price for its French customers, while awaiting the arrival of its new evolution in summer 2024, which will bring several improvements including faster charging, as well as greater comfort and practicality.
